Bedminster is a township in northern Somerset County, New Jersey, set in the rolling hills of the Somerset Hills region roughly forty miles west of New York City. The 2020 census counted 8,272 residents. The township encompasses about twenty-six square miles of what remains one of the most active equestrian landscapes in the United States, with a network of bridle paths, horse farms, and country estates that have defined its character for generations.
