Patrick Taylor has been a proud resident of Upper Greenwood Lake since 1988, where he and his wife raised their two children and embraced the lake-life community they love. Born in 1962—the same year the New York Mets were founded—Patrick grew up with a sense of optimism, loyalty, and the ability to handle disappointment with humor. As a lifelong fan of baseball, football, and hockey, he cheers enthusiastically for the Mets, Raiders, and Rangers.

From Supermarkets to Real Estate

Before transitioning into real estate, Patrick spent decades in the supermarket industry, steadily working his way up to store manager before retiring from the grocery world in 2015. Then, in 2014, he became a licensed real estate salesperson and now proudly serves both New Jersey and New York. Patrick goes above and beyond for his clients—literally. He has helped buyers and sellers everywhere from Cape May in South Jersey to Ulster County in New York State. Indeed, if his clients need him, distance is never a problem.

Passions Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys gardening and exploring local and world history—especially World War II and Pearl Harbor. Additionally, he spends time hiking scenic trails and appreciating the outdoors, often coaxing one more plant onto the porch.
